    1. Algemeen

    Deze webshop wordt uitgebaat door IAMME, Emma Vanparys gevestigd in Antwerpen, ingeschreven bij de KBO onder nummer [ondernemingsnummer].

    Door een bestelling te plaatsen op deze webshop, aanvaard je onze algemene voorwaarden.

    2. Producten

    IAMME biedt kleding en accessoires aan.
    We doen er alles aan om producten zo correct mogelijk weer te geven, maar kleuren of maten kunnen licht afwijken van de werkelijkheid.

    3. Prijzen

    Alle prijzen zijn vermeld in euro, inclusief btw.
    Verzendkosten worden apart vermeld tijdens het bestelproces.

    4. Bestelling & Betaling

    Een bestelling is pas definitief na volledige betaling via de aangeboden betaalmethodes (o.a. Bancontact, iDEAL, PayPal).

    5. Levering

    Wij verzenden via Bpost [of andere partner].
    Bestellingen worden binnen [2–5 werkdagen] verwerkt.
    Verzendkosten: [bv. €4,95] tenzij anders vermeld.

    6. Herroepingsrecht (Retouren)

    Je hebt het recht om je bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst te annuleren, zonder opgave van reden.
    Je dient ons hiervan binnen deze termijn op de hoogte te stellen en het product ongedragen, ongewassen en in originele verpakking terug te sturen.
    Retourkosten zijn voor rekening van de klant, tenzij het om een fout of defect gaat.

    7. Terugbetaling

    Na correcte ontvangst van de retour storten wij het aankoopbedrag (exclusief verzendkosten) binnen 14 dagen terug op je rekening.

    8. Garantie

    Op al onze producten geldt de wettelijke garantie. Indien een product defect is, neem contact op via emmavanparys@outlook.com.

    9. Aansprakelijkheid

    IAMME kan niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor schade die ontstaat door verkeerd gebruik van de producten.

    10. Privacy

    Wij respecteren je privacy en verwerken je gegevens enkel volgens onze Privacy Policy (zie aparte pagina).

    11.Gesprekken & afspraken

    De gesprekken aangeboden via deze website zijn bedoeld voor zelfreflectie, eerlijke conversatie en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Ze vervangen geen psychologische, therapeutische of medische begeleiding.

    Een gesprek is definitief bevestigd na ontvangst van een bevestigingsmail.

    Betaling kan vooraf of op het moment van het gesprek gebeuren, tenzij anders afgesproken.

    Afspraken kunnen kosteloos geannuleerd of verplaatst worden tot 48 uur op voorhand.

    Bij annulatie tussen 48 uur en 24 uur voor de afspraak wordt 50% van het bedrag aangerekend.

    Bij annulatie minder dan 24 uur op voorhand of bij afwezigheid zonder verwittiging wordt het volledige bedrag aangerekend.

    Ik behoud het recht om een gesprek te weigeren of stop te zetten wanneer dit nodig wordt geacht.

    Alle gesprekken verlopen in wederzijds respect en vertrouwelijkheid.

    Iedere deelnemer blijft verantwoordelijk voor zijn of haar eigen keuzes, acties en interpretaties na een gesprek.

    IAMME offers clothing and accessories.
    We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but colors or sizes may slightly differ from reality.

    3. Prices

    All prices are listed in euros, including VAT.
    Shipping costs are stated separately during the checkout process.

    4. Orders & Payment

    An order is only considered final after full payment via the available payment methods (including Bancontact, iDEAL, PayPal).

    5. Delivery

    We ship via Bpost [or another partner].
    Orders are processed within [2–5 business days].

    6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

    You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
    You must notify us within this period and return the product unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
    Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or defective.

    7. Refunds

    After correct receipt of the return, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) to your account within 14 days.

    8. Warranty

    All our products are covered by the statutory warranty. If a product is defective, please contact us at emmavanparys@outlook.com.

    9. Liability

    IAMME cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the products.

    10. Privacy

    We respect your privacy and process your data only in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see separate page).

    11.Conversations & Appointments

    The conversations offered through this website are intended for self-reflection, honest conversation, and personal growth. They do not replace psychological, therapeutic, or medical support.

    A conversation is only confirmed once a confirmation email has been received.

    Payment can be made in advance or at the time of the conversation, unless agreed otherwise.

    Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.

    For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the agreed amount will be charged.

    For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or in case of absence without notice, the full amount will be charged.

    I reserve the right to refuse or end a conversation when deemed necessary.

    All conversations take place with mutual respect and confidentiality.

    Each participant remains responsible for their own choices, actions, and interpretations following a conversation.

    1. Bedenktijd

    Bij online aankopen heb je recht op een bedenktijd van 14 dagen vanaf de dag dat je je bestelling ontvangt. Binnen deze termijn kan je de aankoop annuleren zonder opgave van reden.

    • Het product moet ongedragen, ongewassen en in originele verpakking teruggestuurd worden.

    • Hygiënische producten (zoals ondergoed) kunnen niet geretourneerd worden.

    • Je ontvangt van ons de retourinstructies.
